CONDITIONS:

Forms must be sent together with additional documents, according to the type of application:

1. In the case of a company or an organization, the application must imperatively contain an extract from the Register of Trade and Industry less than 3 months old. The requested domain name must conform to the company's name or logos mentioned in the extract. These names are registered under .mc.
2. In the case of a registered trade mark, the application must imperatively contain a certificate of identity of registration or the proceedings of registration delivered by the Department of intellectual property of the Direction de l'expansion économique. Concerning international trade marks, a certificate of registration of the World Organization of Intellectual Property must be enclosed to the application. These names will be registered under .MC
3. In the case of an association, the application must imperatively contain a copy of the publication in the Journal de Monaco, a receipt of the statement or the ministerial decree authorizing it. These names will be registered under asso.mc.

To obtain the final assignment, the supplier must make sure that his databases are well configured and accessible (see Check zone in Tools). This work is systematically checked by NIC MONACO before any assignment. The supplier is the only one in charge of these operations.
